Diese Bedingungen gelten für alle Angebote und Verträge zwischen SDH Solutions (Maison Dino) und ihren Kunden über die Fertigung und Lieferung individuell veredelter Bekleidung.These terms apply to all quotes and contracts between SDH Solutions (Maison Dino) and its customers for the production and delivery of custom-finished apparel.

2. Angebot und Vertragsschluss2. Quotes and contract

Preise auf der Website sind Richtpreise. Über das Kontaktformular oder den Online-Designer fragen Sie ein Angebot an. Der Vertrag kommt zustande, wenn Sie unser schriftliches Angebot annehmen und den Designentwurf freigeben.Prices shown on the website are guide prices. You request a quote via the contact form or the online designer. A contract is formed when you accept our written quote and approve the design proof.

3. Designentwurf und Freigabe3. Design proof and approval

Vor der Produktion erhalten Sie einen digitalen Entwurf. Mit Ihrer Freigabe bestätigen Sie Motiv, Platzierung, Farben, Größen und Stückzahlen. Spätere Änderungen sind nur möglich, solange die Produktion noch nicht begonnen hat.Before production you receive a digital proof. By approving it you confirm artwork, placement, colours, sizes and quantities. Later changes are only possible before production has started.

4. Rechte an Motiven4. Rights to artwork

Sie versichern, dass Sie die Rechte an allen übermittelten Logos, Bildern und Texten besitzen, und stellen uns von Ansprüchen Dritter frei.You warrant that you hold the rights to all logos, images and texts you provide and indemnify us against third-party claims.

5. Preise und Zahlung5. Prices and payment

Es gelten die Preise des Angebots zuzüglich der ausgewiesenen Versandkosten. Die Zahlung erfolgt per Rechnung zu den im Angebot genannten Bedingungen. Eine Online-Zahlung über die Website findet nicht statt.The prices in the quote apply plus the shipping costs stated. Payment is by invoice on the terms set out in the quote. There is no online payment through the website.

6. Lieferung6. Delivery

Wir liefern innerhalb der EU. Lieferzeiten werden im Angebot genannt und beginnen mit der Freigabe des Entwurfs.We deliver within the EU. Delivery times are stated in the quote and start with the approval of the proof.

7. Gewährleistung7. Warranty

Es gelten die gesetzlichen Gewährleistungsrechte. Geringe, produktionsbedingt übliche Abweichungen in Farbe, Material und Maßen stellen keinen Mangel dar.Statutory warranty rights apply. Minor variations in colour, material and measurements that are customary in production do not constitute a defect.

8. Widerruf8. Withdrawal

Individuell nach Kundenwunsch gefertigte Artikel sind vom Widerrufsrecht ausgenommen (§ 312g Abs. 2 Nr. 1 BGB). Einzelheiten finden Sie unter Widerruf & Rückgabe.Items made to the customer's specification are exempt from the right of withdrawal (Section 312g(2) no. 1 German Civil Code). 9. Schlussbestimmungen9. Final provisions

Es gilt deutsches Recht. Sollte eine Bestimmung unwirksam sein, bleibt der Vertrag im Übrigen wirksam.German law applies. Should any provision be invalid, the remainder of the contract stays in force.
